Day 1-5| Tanzania
Where and the activity...
Day 1 Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel by your guide and after a short briefing you will then set off to The perennial Tarangire River and seasonal swamps is the reason Tarangire is home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Animals gather up at the river during most times of the day allowing you to see a variety of African mammals elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs and reedbucks all year round. Furthermore the park is also home to buffaloes, zebras and wildebeests which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are seen once in a while though cheetahs are rarely spotted. Later on, you will head to you lodge, where you will spend your night.

Day 2 Tarangire National Park – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will leave the area around Tarangire National Park and head to Serengeti. You will then pass through Ngorongoro Crater reaching the plains of the Serengeti National Park around midday. The Serengeti is the largest park in Tanzania and has a diversity of habitats and landscapes including short grass plains, savannah, thick bush, swamps, mountains and lakes. Bizarre rock formations called Kopjes that dot the grassy landscape where predators are often seen. Depending on the season you will get to witness the migration of thousands of animals especially the wildebeest who record the highest number of mammal migration in the world which is one of the main reasons why the park is famous. During the short rainy season in November and December the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. You will then head back to the camp for dinner and over-night stay

Day 3 Serengeti National Park
The entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Seronera area, depending on last night's stop. Between December and May huge herds of wildebeests and zebras will be seen, with calves and foals being born between January and March. The Seronera area is also the best place to spot the shy and nocturnal leopard. You will spend the night at a camp in the Seronera area.

Day 4 Serengeti National Park - Nrorongoro Crater
The morning is set aside for another game drive in the Serengeti and you might spot some creatures that you haven't seen yet. Animals tend to be more active in the morning before the temperatures soar around midday. After lunch, you will leave the plains of the Serengeti and travel to Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater - Moshi
After breakfast, we decent 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning half day game drive. Ngorongoro crater is home to an estimated 30,000 wild animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black Rhinos. The crater has a dense population of predators like the Lion, Cheetah and the elusive Leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch at the Ngoitokitok springs while watching the beautiful hippos in and out the small spring lake in the crater. After lunch we will proceed with an afternoon game drive while we make ascend out of the crater and drive back to Moshi for your drop off
